Dibrugarh: Union minister of state for external affairs Pabitra Margherita participated in the 11th International Day of Yoga celebrations at the Rang Ghar in Sivasagar on Saturday, joining hundreds of yoga enthusiasts in a grand display of wellness and cultural pride, reports Rajib Dutta. The Rang Ghar, once the royal sports-pavilion of the Ahom kings, provided a majestic backdrop for the event, which also featured a live broadcast of PM Modi leading the Yoga Day celebrations from Visakhapatnam's scenic coastline. Addressing the gathering, Margherita emphasised the significance of this year's theme, "Yoga for One Earth, One Health," aligning it with India's ancient philosophy of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' — the world as one family.
