M25 traffic: Lanes closed near Watford as drivers face long delays

Drivers faced delays on the M25 near Watford after a vehicle broke down, leading to two lanes being closed. The lanes were shut in the anti-clockwise direction between junctions 21 and 20.

The breakdown was first reported by National Highways at around 7am. Motorists were warned lengthy delays on the motorway.
