It's come home... again. For a second consecutive Euros, the England Lionesses have been crowned champions of Europe, with the players set to take to the streets of London this afternoon to celebrate the win.
An open-top bus parade will take place in central London following Sunday's victory against world champions Spain, which is set to start just after midday. It will get underway on the Mall before a staged ceremony takes place in front of the Queen Victoria Memorial at Buckingham Palace.
For those not in the capital this afternoon, the parade is being broadcast on television, meanwhile, Express Sport will keep you across all the latest updates in our live blog.
