Dunelm's 'comfortable' garden lounge chairs are now less than £50 for a set of two

We may be in the final month of summer, but there are still plenty of sunny days ahead to enjoy your garden. August is a particularly good time to buy garden furniture, with many brands starting to reduce summer furniture to make way for autumn pieces. As such, Dunelm has currently slashed the price of a pair of colourful garden loungers to less than £50.

The colour of the chairs has been described by revius shoppers as "vibrant", while others say they promise "optimal comfort" thanks to their adjustable nature.

The Helsinki Loungers are now available as a twin pack for only £48.30, reduced from £69. This works out at just over £24 per chair. This special offer includes exclusive colours-navy blue and lilypad green-not available when purchasing single chairs.

Each chair has an adjustable backrest, allowing for customised reclining positions. Dunelm also claims the robust materials used to construct the chairs will provide "longevity" and are designed to last against weather conditions, reports Chronicle Live.

In a review, a customer said: "Lovely comfy reclining chairs, I actually fell asleep in them!" Another praised: "Great value and lovely colour. Sturdy, easy to assemble and store. Very comfy to sit in too!".

However, not all feedback was glowing, with one buyer writing: "The cords that hold the seats to the frame are fraying heavily and have broken in several places. They are now unusable."

Another commented: "Very comfortable chairs, although a little fiddly to open."

Despite this, the majority of reviews were positive, and customer feedback was resoundingly favourable. A delighted shopper who gave a five-star review enthused: "I love these loungers-easy to fold and unfold, very comfortable. The green goes beautifully in my garden."

Another buyer praised the product, saying: "Great design and very sturdy. Easy to use and move around the garden."

Meanwhile, an additional customer was pleased to report: "The loungers are great. They are exactly the colour I wanted, comfortable and easy to use and no self-assembly required, and a great price."
