Chelsea have already made a number of expensive signings but more players will undoubtedly arrive over the coming weeks. The likes of Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Mamadou Sarr and Dario Essugo have all been snapped up since the end of last season. The Blues also signed Liam Delap from relegated Ipswich Town after triggering his £30million release clause.
In spite of their busy window, Chelsea are still trying to strengthen their squad with a number of players having been linked. Enzo Maresca has been tipped to seek further quality in attack despite signing three new forwards earlier in the window. This could open the door for at least one player to leave in the not-too-distant future.

Xavi Simons rejects ArsenalXavi Simons has been linked with a Premier League switch this summer and a number of clubs are thought to be keen. Arsenal are interested in landing the winger despite signing Noni Madueke from Chelsea earlier this week, according to GiveMeSport.
However, it is said that Chelsea are also keeping a close eye on Simons with a view to snatching him ahead of the Gunners. He would be a solid addition for the Blues, given that he is already a top player yet still has plenty of room for growth.
The satisfaction of getting one over Arsenal would be an added bonus for Chelsea, who are building a formidable strike force ahead of next season.

Nicolas Jackson is facing a difficult season at Chelsea after enduring a tough time at the Club World Cup. He failed to score a single goal and already looks to have fallen behind Pedro and Delap in the pecking order.
Reports have suggested that a number of clubs would be interested in signing Jackson if he is put up for sale. There is an opportunity for Chelsea to make a decent profit on the £32m they paid to land him from Villarreal two years ago.
If they can negotiate a good price, it would be wise to cash in before Jackson starts to lose value from kicking around on the sidelines.
Go back in for EzeIf a move for Simons fails to materialise, Chelsea could do far worse than to reignite their pursuit of Eberechi Eze. They tried to bring him to Stamford Bridge last summer but were unable to push a deal over the line.
The 27-year-old would still be a great signing for the Blues and is already proven in the Premier League, unlike Simons. He is thought to have a £65m release clause, meaning Chelsea could bypass negotiations with Crystal Palace by matching that figure.
A move for Eze, another reported Arsenal target, would be a statement signing to give Blues supporters plenty of confidence heading into the new campaign.
