US President Donald Trump addressed speculation circulating over the Labor Day weekend regarding his death after remaining silent to the media for six days.
Trump was left speechless when a journalist enquired during a Tuesday press conference how he discovered the rumours about his demise.
Following no response from the president, the reporter questioned whether he had seen the reports.
To which Trump confirmed he had been informed about the weekend health speculation.
"No ... I heard that. I get reports," Trump said.
"I didn't do any [news conferences] for two days and [the media] said, 'There must be something wrong with him.'"

Trump also highlighted how he conducted a private hour-plus-long telephone interview with The Daily Caller's Reagan Reese on Friday, reports the Express US.
The president's final public appearance was Tuesday during a three-plus-hour-long Cabinet meeting.
There he discussed various topics, from international conflicts to Taylor Swift's engagement.

Subsequently, he went unusually quiet for a brief period leading up to the holiday weekend, spending time at his Virginia golf course with his family.
Whilst he made no public appearances, he remained active on social media and was photographed playing golf at the club with relatives.
This comes hot on the heels of the White House having to address growing concerns about the president's health following the emergence of images showing his swollen ankles and bruised limbs, particularly his hands.
White House correspondents reported that during a Tuesday conference, Trump requested them to stop focusing on his bruised hands.
It was later disclosed that Trump suffers from chronic venous insufficiency, which accounts for his swollen ankles, while his bruised hand was attributed to frequent handshaking with world leaders and his aspirin regimen.
