A lawyer turned yogi, Vrinda hosts global yoga retreats, workshops and corporate wellness webinars, with three retreats already held in Goa. During her time living here, she’s found that Goa’s natural beauty and makes it an ideal location for someone who’s looking to recharge and reset.

Speaking about the upcoming retreat, she shares, “Since I live here, it’s an added bonus because I love to integrate local experiences — that I have, over time, gotten to know of — into my retreat itinerary that tourists would otherwise miss out on.”

With each day thoughtfully designed to bring harmony within, the retreat will be held at , a peaceful sanctuary nestled in a lush plantation. Guests will stay in serene cottages and enjoy mindful activities, fresh vegetarian meals, and rare, immersive experiences in nature.

WHAT’S IN STORE

On Day 1 of the four-day experience, the focus will be on connecting with the earth. It’s a day dedicated to grounding and flow-based practice, soaking in the silence of the wilderness and getting to know one another.

After check-in, and lunch at around 1pm, a guided plateau walk will be followed by grounding Hatha yoga flow. Evening tea will continue with a wildlife documentary, dinner and bonfire.

The first day will wind up at 9.30 pm, only for a thrilling next day.

Day 2 will be centred around a night safari, energising yoga, Pranayama and a plantation experience. The day will begin with Ashtanga yoga followed by breakfast, stream bathing and lunch.

Later, in the evening, guests can participate in Pranayama, evening tea, dinner and an enchanting night safari.

On Day 3, you get to explore some of Goa’s gems with a visit to a 13th century temple, carved from basalt stone, and soak in the peaceful energy of the surrounding .

On the final day, after breakfast, the retreat will conclude with a community circle, followed by check-out at 11 am.

  • Solo traveller (double sharing basis): Rs 28,900

  • Private cottage (2 people): Rs 55,000

  • Private cottage (3 people): Rs 81,500

The prices are inclusive of accommodation in AC cottages, Goan lunch and dinner, refreshments and breakfast, evening snacks, daily yoga classes, guided nature trails, transportation for temple visit, fish spa bubble spring, interactive community activities, a one-on-one consultation with Vrinda, pool access, night safari, bonfire and taxes.

However, the cost does not include airfare or train travel to Goa, or to and from the airport, although taxis can be arranged upon request on actuals.

Carpooling can also be coordinated for participants arriving around the same time at GOI or GOX airports.
